How it works

Invite the bot and
just meet as usual.

Song Jia joins your voice channel and transcribes the conversation per speaker,
then when you run /meeting_finish it writes up the notes
and saves them as a new row in your Notion DB.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I find detailed instructions?
From how to use the commands to changing where notes are saved and moving pages, it's all laid out in the guide page (Korean).
Do I have to connect Notion?
No, it's optional. If you don't connect it, you get the notes right in Discord as a .md file.
Which API key do I need?
Just an OpenAI key. Transcription (STT) is only supported by OpenAI · Claude doesn't have that feature ·
so it works only with an OpenAI sk-… key.
Is my API key safe?
Yes. Your key is stored encrypted with AES-256. Even if the data is opened, only the ciphertext shows, and only the bot holds the decryption key.
Can it also take lecture notes?
Choose Lecture in /meeting_start, and instead of decisions and TODOs you get lecture notes structured around
key concepts & definitions / Q&A / highlights.
Does it tell speakers apart?
If each person joins from their own Discord with their own mic, speakers are separated. With several people on one mic, it can be hard to tell them apart.
Does it remind me about the next meeting?
If the notes mention the next meeting date, it detects it automatically and mentions the attendees 10 minutes before.
You can also set it up yourself with /알림.
Can I use it across multiple servers?
Yes. Each server's key, settings, and glossary are managed independently, so one bot serves many servers separately.
Where is the recorded audio stored?
Audio is used only for transcription, and once the notes are made, the original audio isn't kept. Only the transcript text and the notes are retained.
I'm worried about privacy.
Is it recording me secretly?
It never listens secretly. It records only when started with /meeting_start, and a recording-started notice appears in the channel so every attendee knows. All that's kept is the transcript text and the notes, managed only within that server. You can delete any meeting you don't want to keep.
